Substantial Completion

The compound is substantially complete and waiting for Sierra Pacific to finish the power installation next Thurs. The fence components are also back ordered and won't be installed until the middle of Sep. The electricians have a few lights to install as well once they are received but the major work is done. Once the power is in we will call in the final inspection.

All the concrete is finally poured

After a reluctant approval by the inspector who didn't like the way we do things in Florida, we were able to pour the last pad repair and complete the bunker. Also the tower pole went up and the backfill began.

Partial Pour

The inspector passed the satellite pads but failed the building with goofy comments. It is scheduled for inspection tomorrow and should be poured at noon.

The pad pour went fairly well but two of the forms moved and one will require repair and additional pour tomorrow.

The last of the forming work to pour the top deck is done and ready for inspection tomorrow. That is a lot of steel! The openings for the A/C units will be done tomorrow morning before the pour.
